Devices Off = Learning On

Personal electronic devices laid out on a background with the Devices Off = Learning On motto over the top of them.

The ASD is implementing a cell-phone-free learning environment for the 25-26 school year. Students use of personal electronic devices (PED) will be prohibited during instructional time. PEDs include, but not limited to, cell phones, smart watches, ear buds and headphones.

This change is based on research showing that reducing phone use improves focus, academic performance, social connections and reduces bullying. We are committed to creating classrooms where students thrive distraction-free.
